We will provide ONE 8ft table for this spot with 2 chairs. These spaces do not extend to the side of the 8ft table - they are in lines with other tables. Please restrict your display to the table top or the immediate front. If you need to extend your display to the sides, please reserve a 10x10 spot instead.

We will provide ONE 6ft table for this spot with 2 chairs. These spaces do not extend to the side of the 6ft table - they are in lines with other tables. Please restrict your display to the table top or the immediate front. If you need to extend your display to the sides, please reserve a 10x10 spot instead.

These spots are 8ft only. Please do not select this is your set up is larger than an 8ft table area. We will provide 2 chairs for these spaces.

• The Vendor will rent a space at Congregation Beth El, 8000 Main Street, Voorhees, NJ on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
• Set-up must be completed by 9:00am, with tear-down ending at 1:30pm.
• Congregation Beth El will provide the table*, chairs, and electricity. The Vendor will provide all decorations, cables, and equipment necessary to run the booth. *CBE will not provide tables for vendors registering for a $35 spot.
• The Vendor agrees to abide by the following guidelines: The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his/her booth.
• The Vendor will be responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the county or state.
• Congregation Beth El is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes.
• The Vendor will not bring meat of any kind into the building.
