The undersigned understands that this Pledge Agreement creates a binding and enforceable contract between the undersigned and the heirs, successors and the assigns of the undersigned, and Congregation Beth El. With that understanding, the undersigned agrees to contribute to Congregation Beth El the sum of:

Pledges without partial or full payment will be billed to your account through the Beth El office.

Full or partial payments of pledges can be made with this pay page. Those making partial payments will be billed their remaining pledge payments as requested on this form.

My/Our pledge shall be used as determined by Congregation Beth El toward "Bayit Va'Lev", without restriction, which may include capital improvements, mortgage payments/debt relief, endowment fund contributions, program support and fundraising costs previously incurred and to be incurred. I/We understand that this Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
